Limited Sourdough Availability

At the beginning of this year, I took on a temporary contract with Laurence’s Larder, an amazing local food bank which provides food parcels, hot meals, clothing and so much more to anyone who needs it.

I presumed it would be short-term and I would return to baking within a couple of months, but my contract has been extended meaning I am permanently adjusting the bakery hours to one day a week - Fridays.

As a result of this adjustment, I am now limited in how much I can bake and deliver in one day. Most of my sourdough capacity is already reserved for subscribers, but I will be trying to keep one to two loaves a week available for one-off purchases.

My sweet bakes - cookies and cinnamon buns - are still available, so please feel free to indulge your sweet tooth.
